Embodying the spirit of Brisbane’s most vibrant neighbourhoods

Arklife Robertson Lane offers more than just furnished apartments for rent in Brisbane. It’s a vibrant community where you can live the lifestyle you aspire.

When Interior Stylist and Designer Lee Accatino created the aesthetic for Arklife Robertson Lane, he wanted the apartments, the common areas and the function spaces to reflect and embrace where they were being built. Lee’s greatest inspiration was the spirit and vibrancy of the surrounding areas.

“As a local to the New Farm and Fortitude Valley area, I wanted to capture this energy, including the diverse and colourful history of Fortitude Valley and the chic, modern spirit of James Street,” Lee said.

The chic and minimalistic interiors, combined with the creative work of the, architecture and design teams, means that each space at Robertson Lane perfectly encapsulates the very essence of the James Street precinct. Refreshing, energetic and diverse.

A colour palette that makes you feel right at home

From the moment you step into an apartment at Robertson Lane, you will immediately feel right at home. The light timbers and pastel colours have been selected as a compliment to Robertson Lane’s surroundings within the James Street precinct – creating a sense of connectedness and belonging.

Inspired by the elegance of James Street, each apartment features light timber flooring and hand-selected furnishings. The pale blue and soft pink finishes are also reminiscent of the flowers and nature that locals love at New Farm Park.

“The apartments themselves are practical, very well-considered and have everything you need. The interior styling and selection of furnishings and finishes elevate the spaces to create a beautiful feeling of comfort and being welcomed home,” Lee said.

At Robertson Lane, renters can choose between a range of unfurnished and furnished apartments for rent in Brisbane’s vibrant James Street precinct, giving you the flexibility and freedom to choose an option that suits you. The display apartments feature hand-selected furnishings and styling deliberately chosen to maximise functionality and comfort.

“The furniture collection was carefully considered and combines both locally produced pieces with others sourced through overseas manufacturers,” Lee said.

Local Brisbane twist on a Palm Springs look

You will feel like you have been transported to Palm Springs as soon as you walk through the doors of Robertson Lane. Embracing a balmy, retro-cool feeling reminiscent of Miami or Palm Springs, Robertson Lane features a crisp colour palette, modern open plan layout and natural finishes.

Beyond the concrete walls, Robertson Lane’s interiors are minimalistic and classy while still inviting a sense of comfort and familiarity. Lengthy windows and light curtains were deliberately chosen to allow the light to seep in and to embrace Brisbane’s subtropical climate.

“I wanted the Arklife experience to be engaging from the moment you step off the street into the Outdoor Garden Laneway, a charming sanctuary beyond the concrete and then into an environment that blurs the lines between design, lifestyle and aspiration,” Lee said.

Arklife Amenities

The design of Robertson Lane not only reflects the colour and style of its surroundings areas, but it also reflects its feeling and spirit. From the apartments to the 350sqm full service gym with personal training staff, co-working spaces and private meeting rooms, sky terrace and sundeck with pool overlooking the CBD, dog wash station and laneway with retail, every space bring opportunities to connect, grow and belong.

Lee said he styled the apartments, common areas and function spaces with the lifestyle of young professionals in mind.

“My guiding principle for the project was to create a lively environment and a place each resident could call home,” Lee said.

“Arklife focuses on its residents’ core values and desires, from its architectural design to the thoughtful provision of services and amenities. I felt it was essential to match this contemporary concept with a design that supports and enhances this brand philosophy.”

Robertson Lane features a range of furnished and unfurnished apartments for rent and multiple levels of resident amenity and tailored services.
