With more than 25 years’ experience in real estate, including residential and commercial property development in Australia, Scott brings his vast knowledge of community creation to Arklife.

Operations and Development Manager
Bianca has diverse experience in residential property, comprising comprehensive sales expertise, community engagement, resident services and development management, from design and construction to furniture selection and styling.
Chantal Power
Resident General Manager
Chantal is an experienced operations manager with a demonstrated history in hospitality, property and service industries, balancing exceptional customer service and facilities management to ensure seamless operations.
Chloe Bryan
Resident Services Manager
Chloe combines her extensive industry expertise in property management roles, with a strong commitment to delivering a personalised and enhanced experience for Arklife residents.
Ethan Wildermuth
Resident Services Operations Analyst
Ethan provides support services through comprehensive competitor research, maintenance, resident services and development assistance, while simultaneously completing his dual degree; a Bachelor of Business and Property Economics.
Richard Carmont
Chairman
After holding senior executive roles with national property and construction group ADCO for more than 28 years, including 15 years as Managing Director, Richard is now a valued member of the Arklife board.
Gareth Adams
Director
Gareth is a highly qualified financial professional with over 20 years of experience in the property industry, including leadership roles in both Australia and the United Kingdom. His passion and diligence are underpinned by a Bachelor of Science (Economics) with Honours from the University of Bath and a Post Graduate Diploma in Finance and Strategy from University of Oxford. Gareth is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) with The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
