Meet Arklife’s Resident Services team

At the heart of Arklife communities is our Resident Services team.

Unlike traditional apartments for rent, Arklife communities are designed to enhance the lifestyle of our residents. With a range of purpose-built, functional amenity, recreation areas and resident services to make your day more convenient, Robertson Lane takes renting to a new level.

What really sets Robertson Lane apart from other apartments for rent in Fortitude Valley is our curated resident services. Similar to a hotel experience, Arklife offers a range of unique and personalised services including a resident app, pet washing bay and secure parcel delivery, as well as events and partnerships.

The Arklife experience wouldn’t be possible without Chadwick Harding and Caitlin Garland, the friendly faces behind our Resident Services team. Filled with knowledge and enthusiasm, Chad and Caitlin are passionate about creating an experience unlike anything else.

Chad brings experience and passion

With more than 10 years’ experience managing residential communities, Chad is no stranger to serviced apartments in Brisbane. His background in construction means he has a hands-on, practial approach to delivering exceptional customer service and resident services. As the Resident General Manager, Chad is responsible for community and operations of Robertson Lane. Chad is passionate about partnering with community organisations to provide unique experiences and opportunities that enhance residents’ lives.

“Part of my role at Arklife is to establish partnerships and initiatives that benefit our residents and the Robertson Lane community,” Chad said.

“Currently I’m liaising with a not-for-profit organisation on a really exciting partnership that will enable residents to make a real difference to the environment and reduce our overall carbon footprint, which is something that Arklife is passionate about.”

Chad strives to create a community that residents can be proud to belong to. He is renowned for his extensive charity work throughout the years, having so far raised more than $42,000 for R U OK? Day through various events. Chad’s personal enthusiasm for philanthropy will continue to thrive in his role at Arklife.

“I believe it’s important that we support charities and local businesses that align with our values, which is why I am always on the hunt for new ways to make an impact.”

Outside the office, Chad is a proud Brisbane Lions fan who enjoys keeping active.

Caitlin’s resident-centric approach

From leading tours across Europe and the USA to managing luxury hotels in regional NSW for the past eight years, Arklife’s Resident Services Manager, Caitlin Garland, really can do it all.

A Guinness World Record holder and self-professed dog lover, Caitlin brings her passion for living life to the fullest to the team at Arklife where she curates and delivers resident services and leasing initiatives at Robertson Lane.

“With everything I do, I’m always striving to create a memorable experience for Arklife residents, from the moment they enquire to when they inspect an apartment and beyond,” Caitlin said.

“My focus right now is on ensuring new residents have a simple move-in process and that every step of the way they have all the information they need, and have a really great time of course!”

Caitlin’s bubbly and enthusiastic nature has not gone unnoticed. In fact, one couple was so happy with Caitlin’s service that they dropped off a beautiful gift of champagne and flowers after finding out their application had been approved to say thank you for ‘changing our lives’!

As Arklife begins to come to life with the very first residents securing their apartments, Caitlin will also be heavily involved in organising regular in-house events for residents. She will be the ‘go-to’ person for day-to-day activities and any questions that residents have.

The Arklife way

Led by Chad and Caitlin, Arklife’s Resident Services team is dedicated to helping you reach your full potential by enhancing your day-to-day. Through organised social events and activities that are designed for you, Arklife communities provide endless opportunities to connect, grow and belong. These events support Arklife’s four key pillars – health and wellbeing, community, leadership and career, and culture and events.

Events such as wine and painting classes and cultural festivals will create a vibrant residential community that residents will be proud to call home. Arklife’s Resident Services team are also responsible for ensuring your move in process runs smoothly and you have everything you need while you live in our communities.

Some of the events our Arklife Resident Services team organise include:

  • Networking and leadership forums with special industry guest speakers
  • Wine and painting classes for residents and their friends
  • Cultural festivals in and around the community to discover some of Brisbane’s best artists
  • Resident-only functions on the rooftop to meet your neighbours

With a dedicated in-house team, Arklife’s apartments for rent in Fortitude Valley are unlike anything you’ve experienced before.
