With more than 25 years’ experience in real estate, including residential and commercial property development in Australia, Scott brings his vast knowledge of community creation to Arklife.

Senior Development Manager

Cam has more than 12 years’ experience in the property sector, including roles as a town planner in both the public and private sectors.

Kate McBain

General Manager Resident Services - Operations, Marketing and Communications

Kate is a marketing and communications specialist with over 15 years of strategic real estate experience marketing iconic commercial and residential buildings in both Australia and the United States of America.

Alicia brings almost 20 years of international events and hospitality experience to her resident services role, providing unparalleled customer service, engaging resident events and leasing efforts underpinned by strong relationships.

After holding senior executive roles with national property and construction group ADCO for more than 28 years, including 15 years as Managing Director, Richard is now a valued member of the Arklife board.

Chief Financial Officer

Gareth is a highly qualified financial professional with over 20 years of experience in the property industry, including leadership roles in both Australia and the United Kingdom. His passion and diligence are underpinned by a Bachelor of Science (Economics) with Honours from the University of Bath and a Post Graduate Diploma in Finance and Strategy from University of Oxford. Gareth is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) with The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
