Unveiling the first display apartments at Robertson Lane

We have officially opened the doors to our first display apartments at Robertson Lane – a unique new residential rental community in Brisbane’s James Street Precinct.

Due for completion and available to occupy in October, Robertson Lane introduces an exciting new style of rental accommodation that provides unprecedented amenities and services for residents.

Renters can now inspect the architecturally designed one, two and three-bedroom apartments, which feature custom furnishings inspired by the vibrant New Farm and James Street lifestyle.

Designed by highly respected Interior Stylist and Designer Lee Accatino, everything about the unique new residences has been considered, from the choice of colour palettes to furniture styling and finishes.

“I have been working closely with the team at Arklife and architects, Rothelowman, to establish the overall aesthetic for Robertson Lane as well as oversee the styling for each common area and the apartments themselves,” said Mr Accatino.

“I have drawn inspiration from the spirit and vibrancy of the surrounding area, in particular the diverse and chic feeling of James Street, to create a lively environment at Robertson Lane that residents would love to call home.

“Combining both locally produced furniture and bespoke items sourced from overseas, every piece of furniture has been selected or designed specifically for each application, ensuring every space is practical and well-considered for residents.”

Our vision is to create vibrant communities that put our residents at the heart of everything we do, which is demonstrated by the premium finishes of our apartments.
